Exaccta Tax, an bookkeeping and accounting app with photos

The user photographs the invoices and tickets with the mobile phone and Exaccta Tax, homologated by the AEAT, automatically counts them and stores them in the cloud.

All self-employed, novice or veteran, and all SMEs, idem, know that one of the biggest headaches is managing the accounts and XERO Bookkeeping servicesĀ of the business. From this obvious reality starts the idea of Exaccta Tax , a new application to take the business accounting in a simple way.

Exaccta Tax is a mobile app, available at the moment only for iOS although the Android version will soon arrive, aimed at SMEs and freelancers, which allows you to manage your accounting through photographs of invoices .

The system is simple: first, the invoices and tickets are photographed with the mobile phone. Once the invoices have been photographed , Exactta Tax automatically counts them, taking into account their tax profiles, and archives them in the cloud. The application generates all information, accounting and quarterly taxes automatically, in real time and without having to connect to the Internet.

The application also allows to export all the data to the main management systems of the market, along with the images of tickets and invoices.

You can access the application from a mobile device, to capture documents and view all types of reports, or from a PC, accessing through its website , with all the functions of the app minus the capture of documents.

Exactta Tax is the first app of these characteristics approved by the Tax Agency (AEAT) to replace the original documents with their corresponding images. In this way, all the images photographed by the users serve as proof of tax.

Exaccta Tax is useful for both SMEs and self-employed as well as for domestic, commercial and workers economies that need to provide a cost sheet for their company (with the Exaccta Exp and Exaccta Acc apps, respectively).
